Wester Harlaw Steadings - Units 2 & 3 February 2014

The installation of the feature gable window for Unit B is complete and the foundations and substructure blockwork for Unit 3 is well underway.  Unit 3 will form the third unit of the steading development and has been designed to look like an extension of the original steading building using a lot of the reclaimed stone from Units 1 and 2.

2 Wester Harlaw Steadings, Inverurie (Unit B) January 2014

Work is well underway on the second unit in the development with only the feature gable window remaining to be fitted for the unit to be wind and watertight allowing for work on the internal area to begin.  This is the largest unit on the development and features the following:-

Ground Floor - comprising of entrance porch, open plan kitchen/dining area with large raised level living area with floor to ceiling gable window feature.  Three double bedrooms, a second separate living area with french doors, separate utility room, downstairs family bathroom and WC complete the ground floor layout.

First Floor - leading on from the oak staircase with a feature window overlooking the garden space, the upstairs area comprises two large double bedrooms, each with en-suite and walk in closet space.  The feature of the first floor is the large open living area in the upper gable window area with juliet balcony making the most of the open views.

External - large private garden space to front and rear, underground oil tank and private water treatment plant, large double detached garage with electric doors.
